Awful. I arrived at 11:30 and attempted to check in. The shipping office, with 5 people sitting around chatting, said to comee back at 13:00, because of lunch. When I pointed out that it was 1130, and lunch wasn't until 1200, he shook his head and told me to come back at 1300. At 1300, a line of 10 drivers had already formed. In talking with other drivers, some had arrived at 10, and were told to come back after lunch. Gotta love the Longshoremen Union. I waited in line for an hour to simply check in. Then, because this is a federal port, I had to be escorted 25 yards to the dock by a security guard who looked 13. I've never felt so safe. All told, it took me 3.5 hours to get loaded with 10 skids. What a joke. I know the spot market sucks right now. But avoid this shipper if you can

Very nice staff. Lot of space for big rigs. Little busy but yeah thats ok. We know how ports are. Best of luck guys.
