I don't know, as I never had that problem. If you call and schedule an appt. With NE pest control, a representative will come to your home to inspect the problem/s. He/she will tell you what they will do to solve your problem, and right then and there will contact the office and schedule the extermination. I speak from the heart...the company is one of integrity, and one I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed at all.
