He figured out what was preventing my phone from charging, applied the fix, and, most importantly, did the job deliberately, without rushing, and did not let me leave until we both saw that the phone was charging correctly.

I walked in to buy a phone. I didn't need a plan, just wanted to buy a phone outright. I was told they don't do that. They don't sell phones at Verizon wireless. What a joke of a store/business. I wouldn't recommend thus store or this company.

Lisa was very helpful, didn't feel rushed at all. She spent as much time as it took to help set up and transfer info to my wife's new phone, I would recommend you ask for her!
