The store manager, Sean, helped me transfer all my data from my last phone which had a broken screen. He went above and beyond my expectations and was able to get all of my personal information, pictures, videos, and stayed several minutes late in order to finish. He was most accommodating, knowledgeable, and made my transition from my previous cell provider happen despite multiple obstacles. I highly recommend this store, and the folks working there. If not for Sean's calm and tireless efforts and expertise, I would have lost over 300 phone contacts and precious photos, etc. If you're seeking a Verizon store with friendly, professional, technically proficient, and knowledgeable staff, look no further than here. I left happily surprised with a terrific new phone and plan.

Very helpful and staff was friendly. As with all Verizon stores, you sign in and WAIT. Limited staff makes waiting a chore, although when its your turn, they are great.
