stay away from from this Bank they effectively shut my account down taking away my ability to feed my kids this weekend. and nobody could give me an answer to why and told me I had to wait till Monday the only thing I could think of was because I was behind on my credit card which got paid Saturday before the account was shut down. but you know they're only open 9:00 to 5:00 which is the same hours I work so please forgive me if I could return any phone calls or if they left anything other than a voicemail that said hey please give us a call not hey your accounts in danger. nor was anything said to me when I went to cash my check. so instead I COULDNT FEED MY CHILDREN THE ENTIRE WEEKEND AND NOW OWE FAMILY AND FRIENDS MONEY FOR THEY HELP THEY GAVE ME.. do not use this bank

For a Medicaid application Need copies of certain months missing and first they suggested having this sent directly to Medicaid - second after giving request (young man at front of bank on 55) that they do not have the form - so we go back …Hi Lisa, we are disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience. If you are making a payment using a TEG account than you can call 845-452-7323 or use our Call24 system at 845-790-6699. You also can make a payment using your debit card from another financial institution but there is a $10 fee. Hope this helps.
