Beautiful campground in a beautiful area! Caretaker is extremely friendly and helpful. Only problem is that there’s a leaking electric line running underwater right at the dock that will give you a little shock if you try to get in the water in the immediate vicinity. You can swim at most spots but not near the dock. The utility company has known about this for years and has done nothing.

Tioga Point opened up on July 1st, however for the first weekend only reservations that were made long time ago were honored. I understand that now it is open again for reservations but you have to check it online.
Yes, I parked at the ice house. It's a nominal fee, I think less than ten. Also they sell wood right there.
No, there are no showers at Tioga Point. And no potable water at all.
No, it's boat/hike access only. You can bring a tent or use a lean-tos.
