Clear line of sight of the kids from the basketball court. Great trail around the park to teach the kids how to ride a bike.

This is our favorite play park with my toddler. She can run around and play as well. Nice families use this place as well, grounds extremely well kept and it's such a breath of fresh air after a long day.
