They were responsive when I had questions and kept me informed every step of the way. Since I live in Philadelphia, I could not use their technicians to install the gas line, but they were very helpful with my plumber in guiding him to make the modifications properly. We ordered a new burner and log configuration in November 2020, but didn’t expect to have it delivered until March. We were pleasantly surprised to get a call in early January that it was in, and even happier when Salters juggled their schedule to get it installed just a few days later. The installers were fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained everything we needed to know. We’ve used Salters for about 5 years in our new home, and the techs are all great. Oh, and our new fireplace is fantastic!
