I had gone to another muffler shop (I won’t mention which one), and was told that I need a complete replacement exhaust system. Meaning EVERYTHING from catalytic converters (my vehicle has four) to exhaust pipe. I came here for a second opinion. Jeff (the owner) inspected my vehicle and then told me I didn’t need a new muffler, just some hangers and a new exhaust pipe. Also told me that only two of my catalytic converters were beyond repair (as opposed to all four as the other shop told me). Jeff was very friendly and professional. I also appreciate his being honest with me and not taking advantage of my not knowing about cars. I will be returning due to those reasons.
