During an oil change they claimed they checked my antifreeze coolant but didn’t and I was going on a family vacation we got stranded 100 miles from the cabin while on our way to horseback riding luckily a nice man that owned the business nearby had some helped us top it off so nothing would crack and we were on our way but it took about an hour and we missed out just don’t trust them to check everything they were supposed to nice people but didn’t do what I paid for. I called customer service and they promised they would call back in 24 hours and never did. So just wouldn’t trust them again after all that.

It was my 1st time at this location. I didn't feel it like I have at other locations not as friendly or personable. Not that anyone was rude. I was using a GROUPON discount no one was really sure how to help me get it up and able to use. Not saying they needed to but I am sure i am not the oniy one ever using a discount there. Never asked if i wanted to reset my oil back to zero. Just at other places they seemed more helpful and really taking care of their customers. Not just as a JOB ATTITUDE. I will go back to get my oil changed may have been a bad day kinda of thing.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! I frankly dread oil changes, but every single associate I interacted with today was pleasant. No attitude. No one tried to push me to get new wipers or change the cabin air filter. Price was great and stayed the same from beginning to end.They apologized for the time it took, but comparatively speaking it went pretty darned fast. I actually live in Pittsburgh but I'll make a point to get out to Chippewa in the future for oil changes. Good experience, thank you!

Seeing that these days, the costs of fuel and oil are high, so servicing your vehicle in this regard can give you heartburn, but honestly, if you need to have these services done, this is the place to go. I recently visited this great location and from beginning to end, the experience was well worth the price. My vehicle needs synthetic oil, so again, the price is high, but for their knowledge, thoroughness and courtesy, you can't beat it. The staff was friendly and very helpful and overall, I got what I needed done in short order. I highly recommend Valvoline and this particular location.
