Took my son in over the weekend, pay $75 for the normal “it’s a virus” response but the PA stated that it might be a sinus infection and she was working all week to call her if it gets worse. It gets much worse… call, she won’t call in medicine but asks us to come back. The tried to charge us $75 again. Now I see why Heritage Valley Walk-in always has such a long wait. MedExpress wants to keep charging for incompetence and misdiagnosis. Never again! Unprofessional… will not go back even if it were free.

Went here to get a chest xray done for work purposes but was refused. The reason-they can’t do it because they can’t read and interpret the results.

I went there this morning for what I believed was an infection in my finger. They weren’t real busy when I got there. The ladies at the desk were very nice and professional as was my nurse. The PA who came in checked me out and did the procedure that I had believed would need done she was very nice and explained everything to me about what she was going to do and how to care fore my wound afterwards. They called my pharmacy to check on a certain medication that I was on so as to not over medicate me. I had a very good experience here and I would highly recommend them.

Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the wait time was kind of long. However, staff was great! I loved my doctor. She made me feel very comfortable when I expressed concerns that I had and she was non-judgemental. We had some tests done and it was very easy. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. Thank you!

All MedExpress centers are equipped with high resolution X-ray capabilities. However, MedExpress cannot complete requests from a non-MedExpress provider. If a MedExpress provider needs an X-ray to help confirm diagnosis we able to perform this service on-site.

Your receiptionist is very unprofessional. After i responded that i did not have covid symptoms. She never let me speak and hung up.....on a good note I wasnt calling about life or death situation. Glad I didnt just come there and decided to call first. Not a good way to do business. Did get a good laugh at how salty this poor girl is.
