Flying in from Puerto Rico, I needed ground transportation for a 2-hour drive from Albany Airport to Long Lake. Mother Daughter Transportation came through perfectly. With a one-day notice, all arrangements were made, the driver met me at the airport per instructions and I was safely delivered to my destination. Communication with dispatch was clear, consistent, and constant, and even though my flight was a little late arriving, there were no problems at all. During June, July, and August, I arranged for myself and several others to travel -- sometimes on short notice -- to be with a dying family member and then for the service. We needed a reliable car service to and from from the Albany airport to Ballston Spa. Our comings and goings were often unpredictable and my emotions often on my sleeve. Her own and her team members' communication with me and other family members was timely and clear, and all needs for changes were met with patience and a new plan.
