I get food from here all the time and I have actually done the math. They only get my order correct about 47% of the time. I understand errors happen, however a bacon whopper with no bacon? Always giving me a cheese whopper even tho I never said I wanted cheese and so I literally had to start saying "no cheese" and got a guy who said "it only comes with cheese if you ask" and said it very rude did not help. Like okay I understand that but when i have NEVER asked for cheese I and I always end up getting it on my burger I'm now going to make sure there is NO cheese. I'm lactose intolerant. Anyway I know these people are working hard and don't get treated very well. I don't blame the employees who are on the front lines. I've worked fast food so I know this is likely because they are over worked, underpaided, and not trained to the fullest extent.

My experience was horrible I was waited on by manager Dominic Oliver who's who seemed pretty racist / on a power trip with his position. I had previously had an order that they messed up on my name was in the book he was able to locate that order went round and round and round as to why he could not replace my order even though my name was in the Book I did explain to him we could handle the order how he seen fit but I just wanted to further talk to someone else so I asked for the Corporate number he would not give it to me he kicked me out of the drive-through very disrespectfully would no longer answer any questions I will never go back there ever!!!!!!

The food is as good as the workers that day. Its seems like it's hit or miss one thing I can tell you they all know to tell you the milk shake machine is down. They just don't do very well keeping the story stright.
