It's been two weeks since I contacted this store ad still haven't received a call or email. I see the management is definitely the main issue. I placed a mobile order for pickup and the doors were locked, then waited over 15 min and never made it to speaker. I want a refund and I see why the they have no staff because I am sure they're the same with the people working

So we put in an order for online it was a little larger order, 2 biggie bags, 1 sandwich, 3 frosties, 2 drinks, 4 cookies and a baked potato. The food was great as always but they forgot my potato and my fiancé didn't notice until he got home. Everything else was perfect and we never have an issue so I'm thinking it was just a one time flub up.

Even when there are very long lines, their service is fast and adequate. Sometimes they are out of items, but no big complaints. Love the chili.

My experience at Wendy's so good, but could've been better... I think it was mainly a staffing issue
