I was referred to Ear Nose & Throat Associates for an issue with my ear. I saw Dr. Mallon and he was awesome!! Very knowledgeable and knew immediately what my issue was. Within two visits, my problem was 100% solved!! Highly recommend Dr. Mallon and this practice for any ear, nose or throat problems.

Absolutely love Dr. Mallon and his audiologist. Dr. Mallon listens, is patient and personable, and he expresses genuine realistic concern when appropriate. He seems to see me as a person and it's so refreshing from a doctor. I would give him 6 stars if I could. His front desk person is so abrupt and controlling that I literally cringe every time I have to interact with her. She's that way with other people who work there as well. If Dr. Mallon wasn't so wonderful, I would be looking for a different doctor. But I'm afraid to say anything because she's the gatekeeper and she can make my ability to get what I need from the clinic very difficult, so I tread lightly. It's unfortunate because it puts such a shadow over what would otherwise be a fantastic Dr/patient experience.
