The administrative staff is the worst I have ever experienced. I made an appointment and they called me to confirm 6 times in 3 different ways: 2 texts, 2 emails and 2 calls. I confirmed my appointment 6 times. Then I received a call and was told my appointment would be cancelled because they did not receive the authorization for my primary care doctor because it did not show my PCP on my insurance. I called my insurance who confirmed my PCP was corect and called my PCP who told me they did not receive a request for authorization. I called your office back and they said that they had in their notes that Sabrina was who they spoke to and she said I did not receive care at that office. I then called back to my PCP office and they said there is no Sabrina in their office and again that they never received a request for authorization. I then called back to your office and said that to the administrative person and they said that they could not see me on my confirmed appointment date because they did not have the authorization needed. I am so upset that I had to go back and forth to my office doing this investigative work and that they wouldn't just refax the authorization request and contact my PCP directly to confirm. I was treated like my appointment and medical needs were not important or of interest to them, only what they did not have to complete my pre authorization. I am very sad by my experience and your staff need better protocols and procedures because this does not express any care toward your clients or why they are coming to your office. Not helpful or kind.
