As brand new, first time dog owners, we knew we needed lots of help and wanted training right from the start, before any bad habits formed for us or our puppy, Java. We chose Sit Means Sit and are so glad we did! Nichole and the rest of the team are excellent trainers who are skilled, professional, patient, and kind. They made all the difference in our home life with our puppy. We especially appreciated the time Nichole spent with us at the end of each day, going over the training methods and commands, answering every question we had. Each family member present for pick-up got to practice the day’s lesson with Java while Nichole proffered suggestions and praise. She even checked in with us during the week, making sure we didn’t have any issues. After one or two classes, we saw tremendous improvement in Java's obedience. Now that all five classes are completed, we have so much more confidence in her behavior and our ability to help her learn. We are so thankful for this essential tool and the education we gained and are thrilled to have lifetime assistance from these wonderful and caring trainers. We recently welcomed an adorable black lab into our lives…. However we were way in over our heads with this! We have 2 small kids and Oakley would instantly jump up and bite them constantly! A friend had recommended sit means sit so we went in for our consultation with Phil to even see if this would be worth it… YESSSS!! It 100% was worth every dime!!! We signed up for 5 sessions and our puppy is a completely different dog! Our 4 year can have full control of Oakley! If Logan says Sit oakley will sit! Oakley no longer jumps up or bites!! This program far exceeded all of our expectations and I can’t wait to continue his training over the next couple of months/ years!! Amber was so amazing and patient with us! I can’t thank her enough!!
