Terrible customer service I’ve been trying to call for over an hour now every time I call my call is being ignored in this matter is urgent I am trying to get a new prescription authorization sent over to my local pharmacy and no one‘s picking up I have the same representative pick up the phone to first two times and now she has stopped answering all together by far the worst experience I have ever experienced at this location!

Very sad to talk about the people in charge of our health, but Paola García does not see her patients as people who need assistance and communication. Does not have professional ethics and is very incompetent. Really sad that I lost my time.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and 3cm dialated I had asked if I could wait in the car because of the contractions that I was having, I also asked to wait in my car because the appointment before mine would be 40 minutes long. So I asked if they could call me for my ultrasound. They agreed. The ultrasound tech at location 1160 cypress glen circle called and I told her I was on the way! Due to the parking lot being full park i had to park on the side. I got out of the car and made my way to the office. She calls a minute later after the initial call and barley lets it ring twice before she hangs up and cancels my appt and gives it to the next patient. I drove 1.5 hours away to be seen. I was shown no understanding or empathy. For a womens CARE facility, they certainly didn’t show any remorse or CARE for me. Would not recommend womens health, or at least THIS facility.
