No one wore a mask the person who did my sister hiv test complained about his last job he said he was new and she had to remind him that she wanted to do the hep c test. For the STI she had to schedule an appointment which she had to remind him as well because he didn’t know the process overall it wasn’t a great first experience but she does love the services they provide.

Absolutely
yes

Why don't you try googling LGBT Centers in St. Augustine? The Google search engine is at our fingertips. Best of luck with your findings.
They will help you fer sure
Yes amd no. I went the very end of July and there was a program where they sent you to Comprehensive Health or Medical of Orlando. Your blood work from the Center was forwarded to the doctors office. They did a quick exam, and then you got a 3 month supply of prep. Even sent an uber to get to the doctor's office. Been on it ever since. Meds delivered to the house via Benzer Pharmacy
It has always been my experience that every LGBT center has been very inclusive, and has been extremely active in, and supportive of those with HIV/AIDS...no matter who they are.
Hi, at The Center Orlando we offer chlamydia and gonorrhea testing through the Florida Health Department. All results would be communicated through them and paper results would have to be acquired from their records department at their downtown location. Results could be viewed on their server here at The Center as well and will show either negative or positive, however, no paper copies are provided. Come visit us!
Of Course Kids Are Allowed.
I have to do something my parents are making me hide myself I still live with them but they are making me hide my feelings and they are waiting for me to change my mind but that isn't going to happen. I just don't know what to do anymore and I have no one to talk too.they said they want nothing to do with me if I decide to live this sick life I want.they think that if I live this life I will never be happy and will kill myself if only they knew they are the reason I am so depressed.
Not sure they do that. Could point you in the right direction though.
Go to career source. They pay for school and help find a great job.
Yes. There are free counseling sessions at tge Center and those therapist can point you in the right direction. But of the top of my head I would say reach out to Two Spirit Healthcare. They are in Orlando but are an LGBTQ+ provider.
Rainbow AA at Kissimmee location. Mondays at 9 a.m. and Thursdays at 6 p.m.
Not treatment. Testing to see if you have syphilis.
For HIV testing, you get your results back within 15 minutes; for Hepatitis C testing, within 20 minutes. As far as STD testing is concerned, whereas you can get your results back for syphilis within 10-15 mins, because the tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia involve urine, those results take up to two weeks to come back.
Talk to someone about what is your situation to see what are your options. Give the Center a call they are familiar with local resources.
No. They can't help with funding anyone's surgerys. They can how evee help you find the surgeons, oncologists, and therapists that will help you through the transition process.
No
There is counseling at the Center that can get you on the right course. If you are under 26, the Zebra Colalition is likely a better place to start, especially if you are worried about your parents kicking you out of the house.
Yes. If you are 13 to 24. Skip the Center and right ti the way way too long since I have been there to get the Zebra Coalition. If you are an adult come to the Center on Sunday to see their social worker.
No. It is not a shelter. If you are under 24 look into services at the Zebra Coalition. They help homeless LGBTQ+ folks from 13 to 24 I believe.
Yes. For STI testing M - F 9 to 5. HIV testing 7 day a week 9 to 9. And counseling, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call the front desk to ask for times to walk in or schedule an appointment.
