On three separate occasions within the past two months they have canceled or messed up my massages within an hour of the scheduled appointment time made days earlier. Not to mention, the last time I was in for both a massage and a facial, I spent the entire facial being sold to for upgrades. Even though I kept saying “No” and “just do the facial”, the woman was relentless until I told her yes just to get her to shut up so I can enjoy my facial. I would avoid this location at all costs. My experience with other hand and stone locations have been much more pleasant than this one.

I have been a long time customer of Hand and Stone and several locations. Recently I booked via phone a deep tissue for 90 min. When I arrived the therapist called my name from the doorway and then walked in front of me to the room (usually they at least hold the door). Upon entering the room I informed her I was there for a deep tissue. She informed me she is a "relaxation" therapist and does not do deep tissue but she can try. It started off good for the first 10 min. but I could tell she got lazy. For example, one had out of the sheet one hand in while she was doing my scalp. Pressure was soft for almost the whole time and she would forget some areas and have to go back. One example of many issues. After the service she exited the room and I never saw her again, no water, no how was it, no hope to see you again.... just closed the door and gone! While checking out I told the front desk I had sent in for a deep tissue but that was not the service she provided. The front desk said they were sorry and would give me someone else next time. After paying, I left and was emailed a copy of the receipt and I was changed for the deep tissue I never got! I had to call back and have them refund me. I filled out a survey emailed to me and checked that I would like to be contacted..... I have yet to be contacted.. I hope you have a better experience then I did if you still wish to visit this location!

Gloria was my esthetician and she was beyond amazing and so knowledgeable on skin, procedures and products. She left my skin looking glowy, refreshed and so hydrated. The place was very clean and I loved the recommendations she made. Staff was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this place.

They are not paying people what they’re worth so they call off to go work on the side and make better money. They will cancel your massage last minute and act like it’s no big deal. Disappointed long time customer.
