Honestly below average for the money. The prime rib poutine fries were pretty good but that was an appetizer. The bacon wrapped shrimp were wrapped with over cooked bacon that totally overpowered any possible shrimp taste. The special was scallops but not very special. Super small for scallops and very gritty (not cleaned properly) and the sauce had an unpleasant after taste. I honestly wouldn't recommend dinner here. Too $$$ for the quality.

This was our 3rd time at Glen Iris and it was such a disappointment compared the last two visits (which were 3 and 4 years back). The service was very very slow. The pasta we ordered hardly had any seasoning. The pizza we ordered was very tasty though. And we order 2 different desserts and pineapple mojito which was all good! But to wait 35 mins to get this lunch was a little too much!

Food was adequate, decor was elegant, but the best part of my experience at Caroline's was the service. Our waiter was a spry young gentleman with flaming red hair. His charming, debonair personality and extensive knowledge of food and wine compelled me give this restaurant a five star review. Highly recommend.

Excellent table at the window! Great and pleasant server, future nurse Hailey! Great wine list, appies and main dishes…. Did not have dessert but they looked fantastic. Very reasonable prices also!

No, on non busy days you can even just walk in. I do recommend reservations though.

The Inn closes for the winter months. It re-opens May 1st. So, no, they are not open for Easter.

Hi again my favorite rockies mtn relatives are coming into town the week of July 1st - 7th! How can they reserve a room?!
I'm guessing "tenter" was auto corrected. There are places to tent in the park but not by the Inn exactly. You can book all of the cabins and houses besides the rooms at the Inn by calling the Inn directly but I am not sure about the campsites. My guess would be that you need to call the park office for that.
In general i believe breakfast is served as normal for those who are planning on paying for it. Coffee and tea is available on the 2nd floor. If the weekend of the 28th is special then this may not be the case.
