The man who I spoke to on the phone promised to help if I come in. When I got there, he gave me "THEIR policy" on how kids have to sign their name for a card. They were rude, and implied that no other library would give my son (One and a half) a card. (Mind you that is only this library's policy-i got him a card from Kingston library). Rude, and really pointless to tell parents "the child's too young". Thats why I wanted the card, this age is the perfect age to teach them love for books. I thought libraries welcomed children to read and learn.
