I sat in the week long Pre-licensing course with Bob Kennedy and I was shocked by how well Bob taught the course. He broke the whole 500 page book down to everything we'd need to know to pass his course and everything else he suspected might be on the state exam. We did a review of the materials every morning, and by the day of the course exam you couldn't help but feel you had been prepared in advance. Every step of the way. Great Course! You may however need to bring your own chair or cushion. The chairs that were provided were REALLY uncomfortable lol.

I recommend this school to anyone looking into a career in real estate. The teacher John was amazing. He is funny and very informative. The team is also very responsive thru text or email when you need anything.

Yes. I believe so. I know they have a 45 hour post licensing course, but to be honest I haven't thought as far out as the 14 continued education yet. Lol... you may want to check their site or give them a call 😊
Make sure that you arrive early so that you can park in front of the building. If you don't you can park on the side and back behind the building next door.
