how many days must elapse from the time a listing is cancelled or expired to when it shows as a new listing. is it 60 days and is it counted starting the day after the listing expires? thank you

If I put a deposit down to hold a rental property and I cancel within 24 hours, can I get my deposit back? The deposit I was told would be applied towards the security deposit once my credentials and employment were approved and lease signed.
