I just wanted to post so others do not have the same stress/problem that I have had. While it is possible to schedule alterations appointments online through David's Bridal's website, this S. Burlington location is not currently accepting any appointments through October due to staffing shortages. --- I have scheduled 2 appointments now where, only a few days before my appointment was supposed to occur, I received a text telling me David's Bridal would be unable to accommodate my appointment. It has also been quite challenging to get in touch with any store representatives here to attempt to reschedule. I've called a number of times where the phone was not answered, I was put on hold and never spoken to again after waiting (20 -30 mins), and I have also been told I would get a call back twice that did not come. I finally had a helpful phone call today (after trying to schedule for 2 months) where a customer service rep let me know that I should stop trying to schedule appointments because they would not be able to take them until October. I am understanding of staffing shortages and even understanding about the difficulty communicating and getting back in touch with me. My main purpose in writing this review is to warn others that it's possible to schedule appointments online that will never actually happen at this location. It would be helpful if this location was transparent about their inability to take alterations appointments.

Very unhappy with my experience at this location. I was called and asked to move my appointment siting staffing (I get it) though I really couldn't reschedule because my mom flew in for the appointment and was leaving the next day. Upon arrival I see four gals just sitting behind the counter. The gal who was helping me said hello, asked me two questions, pointed at the wall to the dresses, told me to pick five and that she would meet me in the back. There was no warmth from this woman, not even a congratulations. I'm a bit of a modest bride and don't like my business out for the world to see. Any time I needed a zip up, a clipping ect it was done on the main floor for the world to see. There was no curation to the appointment what so ever. Despite having a David's bridal gift card, I will not be back. If you are looking for a cheap dress and don't care about the experience this place is for you. If you want that aha moment with laughs and fun with your family- this is not the place for you -seek a locally owed place where the people actually care.
