I was impressed by the professionalism and friendly helpful attitude of Adam when he was in my home to measure the job, and again to install. Unlike some contractors/repair persons I hire, I did not have to wait and wonder where they were. I have worked with Top Shop on the supply side for years (I'm a designer). Their templater (Nate) is accurate, experienced and excellent with my clients. The office staff turns on a dime to take care of any issues that may come up, and the installation crew works through jobsite issues in the moment, working through things that have nothing to do with them, to get the job done. This is critical, there are many install crews that will walk off a site if everything isn't perfect when they arrive. This team is great. Feel comfortable working with them!
