Exceptionally clean facilities. I love the activity pool and hot tub. Bring your own headphones for the cardio equipment.

LOCKERS ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN....THEY ARE ARE DISGUSTING....Feces, globs of hair. Pool area isn't so great either. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I really only used the pool and the women's locker rooms. Didn't matter the time of day I arrived...hair clogged in drains of the shower, litter on the floor in the locker room, disgusting smell of sewer from the nearby bathroom. The last straw was feces in the showers. I collected photos and contacted my local state/county/town reps, CDPHP and the Ciccotti Center...to no avail. Finally gave up membership. NOT CLEAN, unresponsive staff members. I could go on and on. Instead I did spot checks on other pools in the Capital District...none are this GROSS. I will switch pools. Good luck...don't say I didn't warn you.

Hours are shorter on the weekends. They will be open on Sundays too. I think the closing time will be 2:00PM.
Ciccotti Center opened regular Monday hours. I called earlier to check.

No anyone can join, is slightly expensive, but it's worth it, has a variety of equipment and a pool sauna. Just stop by and check it out. They will give you a tour of the place.

You must have a membership or a guest pass for each person. Guest passes I believe are $20 (per person) if you are a non-member. $15 if a member buys it.
Call the office, membership depends on how many adults/children join. They also have an annual payment plan, you save 2 months if you pay for the year.
You should call them since hours can shift.
