was there today august 18th, i fight broke out and while i tried breaking the kids apart the employee thankful brought my kid into the price zone until security came and took over the situation! i felt bad for the lady working while these two teenage boy brutally fought, one even pulling scissors! she’s was very helpful explaining and setting up my card how everything worked and was very friendly! Thank you for the excellent customer service and great experience, will definitely be going back!

Very fun arcade !! Everything was very affordable and they even had a retro looking pac man arcade game which was pretty cool !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING !!

Omg this arcade in colonie center is the best! I bring my granddaughter there alot its very clean very resonable prices for everyone budgets the staff is awesome! Very professional and great attitudes very helpful and patience when kids claim there prizes( takes some time) i highly recommend this place for family time
