Is this a joke? Outage after outage! My computer is ruined! Fix it, we are paying so fix it and if you are not smart enough to fix it at least email us in advance about the coming outages so we can unplug our expensive stuff.

This company was ok until you call in with a problem such as double payments been taken out of your bank account and you want one of those payments back. I was never able to get a regular worker to take care of the problems, all they did was made it worse. I try to give them a chance to help but I still end up needing to speak to someone higher up every time to get the job done right.

Terrible service. Made the payment to start the service on on June 1, 2022, and the house is still without electricity as of now, which is 13:30. Called the customer service and they said they had no idea where the technicians currently were and they had no idea exactly at what time the technicians would be able to come over to turn electricity on.

This would depend on the annual consumption/bill average or squar footage of the home. There are also ways to waive the deposit such as pre-paid or a utility score check.
I think so. But you might have to do it thru the drive thru window that they have. Although I think the inside is open.
