The maintenance guys were prompt in fixing the water leak in the ac unit. No more wet carpet and they also fixed my kids closet door and it's working great now.

Maintenance is really good once they get work order. Double check ur work order has been placed. I waited 3 weeks to find that order was never put in.

The rent here varies according to what you earn and how many people you have in the apartment. One thing easily overlooked here is rent can go up ANY time. This is not based on just your lease date.
