Food was very good but unfortunately we had to wait 35 minutes to have our order taken and that was after flagging down a waiter! Place was very busy but very disorganized. No rhyme or reason to waitstaff having certain tables to wait on, they were all over the place. Got our appetizer and soup with our entree. Will go back but hopefully we will have a better experience.

Horrible with a capital H for service. Party of four. Three of us received our food in a reasonable time frame. However one of our party did not get her food for over an hour after we had received ours. Understandably this was frustrating. When we approached the manager with our concerns the service recovery was awful. She stated that “we are very busy”. Explained we were fairly befuddled by that statement because when we entered the restaurant there was only 3 tables filled. Apparently they fill all online orders before they tend to their guests? On top of the terribly long wait for our one party, our waitress was at our table twice during the entire visit. No refills were given or even offered throughout the entirety of the meal. Absolutely no credit, bill adjustment or anything was offered to alleviate the poor service. Will not be eating here again!

We only ordered sushi. As advertised - very good. Service was great and quick. Nice variety of rolls. Explorable menu. Very clean. BYOB. Nice setting. We would love to see them in more of an independent space or downtown.

The staff is always really friendly and the food has been great every time. We had a minor mix up once, but it was still a great experience. The presentation is lovely when you dine in.
