As a board member on several different boards and using different management companies over the years, I've had both good and bad experiences. SPM and our Community Manager Robert Rice are fantastic. Robert is very attentive, professional, and helpful to our board. This is not an occasional thing, but instead his normal way of doing business. I would highly recommend Robert and SPM to any community HOA Board.

Thank you for your question, it appears your architectural committee has not yet made a decision. They have 30 days to do so per your HOA Documents although it typically will not take that long. If you want to reach out to the committee and ask, you can do so right on the online application.

For a roof replacement you will need to submit shingle manufacturer, color, style and a photo of your home at a minimum.
