I’ve placed extra garbage in plastic bags outside of the container was full. Both the driver and the other worker backed up the truck , got out of the garbage truck and only threw out a toy and a large poster board. What is the purpose for the drivers if there are other items that do not fit in the container ! Other excess trash was left on my block as well.

My culdesac keeps getting overlooked on our trash days. Why is that? We PAY for this service!! First it was the recycling driver, now it's the trash pickup. What the heck? What has happened to this service. I see a LOT of complaints on here. Who do we need to contact to get something resolved??? My issue is with the driver of the recycling truck. Twice now, he has gotten out of his truck, complaining to ME that everyone in my culdesac needs to put their cans together, making his job easier. A few weeks ago, his truck was full, but that didn't stop him from dumping more in; the trash ended up blowing all over the neighborhood!! I confronted him, and he said it's the residents' fault, what? Your truck is full, but it's our fault? He really is a nasty guy. Yesterday, he blamed his difficult task of getting around the culdesac on all the people on the culdesac. He just can't keep doing this. Newsflash! You make more money than me! This is your job! Figure it out! It isn't our fault!!!
