The new crew they have is very rude and slow I placed an order online which told me 20 mins. I go there in 20mins and the guy at the window tells me it’s gonna be another 30mins that’s ridiculous I don’t live in this town I don’t have time to wait even longer

Literally waited like the guy who took my order told me. The 1 hour and 30min before it would be ready to be picked up. I showed up to a completely dark and empty Papa John’s. Website said it closed at 11p, it was only 10p.

I was on your phone recording for over 41 minutes and no answer. I eventually called in food at a different take out I am very unhappy this happened. Papa John's is a joke now I know why Dominoes is busy right across the street from your store.

My daughter ordered food and they got email confirmation at 5:32..its now 7:01 and still not here..we both tried calling store and no answer..there wont be a tip and if it was me I would talk to manager..but I really dont think they have a manager working tonight and if they do..he should be reprimanded for doing such a horrible job..
