My experience this morning (8:33am Saturday 8/6) with the front desk to check in was terrible. I called from my car and sounded like she was displeased with my early appointment. Not used to this with this clinic. I walked and there she was (multi-colored rim glasses long curly hair) so salty, unhappy to be working this early. She was not pressing that my dog needed a worm test, couldn’t handle it anymore with her natural unhappy level so I walked away. I heard her say there’s a cancellation fee. You’re kidding right? I didn’t cancel, I was there. Go charge her the fee because she’s the one who’s not letting me check-in without agreeing to the heart worm test. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat with Dr McC, I don’t t think I want to bring them there at the thought of seeing this person again. I wish Ruby or Kate was there it would’ve been another fun experience for us. Takes only one individual with terrible customer service to get a 1-star bad review. She’s not River Oaks Vet material in my opinion.
