Let me start by saying how disappointed I am with Bandfield, and the treated I receive by a staff worker name (MINDY WINSTEAD) at Bandfield In Bowie. This rude racist women (Mindy Winstead threating to called the police on me, when I refuse to leave until they made appointment for my sick dog. Ms. Winstead was very rude and unprofessional towards me because I was a black person. Don’t take your pet to this location in Bowie MD, because the quality of care you receive for your pet health is poor. This worker name Mindy Winstead needs to be fired because she is toxic to bandfield organization. I see other pet owners have complained about this unprofessional and racist women Mindy Winstead and this Bowie location. Don’t take your pets there they are the worst veterinarian in Bowie MD. If you have any issues with Mindy Winstead or that location call corporate to file a complaint. We as a community need to stand together and Ban - Bandfield in our community.
