Unfortunately, I've had a few issues. Fortunately, I have an AMAZING team at NOVA Pain and Rehab. They used every tool in the box to help me recover from multiple surgeries and associated challenges. They are kind, caring, encouraging, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and truly patient. I know they truly care about my health and recovery. They have been an essential component to my recovery and mobility. They are the best. The best.

Very impressed with the team at NOVA Pain & Rehab Center. I have been having back pain for awhile now and seen 2 other doctors about it. The medications I was given did not help for very long. I felt noticeably better after my first visit. Looking forward to working out again. Thanks NOVA!

I went here once and would never return. I was put in an exercise room with a bunch of other people for much of the appointment. In my approximately twenty minutes with the head guy, he put down the medical profession and said he thought my problem would be easy to fix, but refused to give me a diagnosis or a treatment plan unless I came back for a second visit. They hounded me by text to make another appointment, and keep sending me blank invoices (no diagnosis and no treatment because they provided neither) that are completely unacceptable for my HSA. No one ever answers their phone, and the email address on their invoices is invalid. In a word--SKETCHY.

***BEWARE*** I went to this office in December of 2021. I was told they confirmed with my insurance I had 20 free sessions with their office. I went in for two appts over the span of one month and was never charged for a co-pay. After my second appt. they tried to put me on an aggressive plan of two appointments a week to use up my "free sessions." This didn't feel right to me so I stopped going. 3 months later, they charged me for those two "free" sessions. I ended up confirming with my insurance that they do not cover this office and never have. When I attempted to straighten things out with the office, all the previous employees no longer worked there. The current employees refused to call me back or answer my emails. I spoke to 4 different employees over a span of two months, but they all continued to ghost me. After two months, I attempted to reach out to the doctor specifically. A 5th employee reached out from the doctors email and said she would send me to collections if I did not pay immediately (my due date was not for another 2 weeks). She refused to listen to my story or make any type of accommodation. They had me sign a document at my first appointment stating I would need to pay no matter what the circumstances are. I was forced to pay but I am trying to warn others so it does not happen to them. *UPDATE* : Within hours of posting this review to YELP, the Dr. himself sent me a threatening email to my personal email. He threatened to sue me for $10,000 if I did not remove this review due to "slander". After reading pages 2,3, and 4 of this YELP page, I am unfortunately seeing many others have had the same experience with this Dr. and his office. I encourage readers to look through all pages of this YELP page before making a decision with this office.

Karla, their office manager, is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Absolutely - the office manager is fluently bilingual, as are some of the physical therapists.
