Exceptional Urgent Care is NOT like the usual urgent care clinic. Dr. Im and his staff treated me like a long time patient. Dr. Im provided me with a clear explanation about symptoms. I also appreciated the time he took to help me better understand the medicine he prescribed and how and when to take it. His team called in my script and I received a call later that day from the pharmacy for pick up information. I am a big supporter of privately owned businesses over the big corporate chains, and I'm glad I chose this location to give my business. The office is clean, the staff is pleasant, and I was treated quickly. I would highly recommend Dr. Im and his team at Exceptional Urgent Care to others.

i went to this Urgent Care on a Saturday about noon. The office was very clean and the staff were very courteous and professional. They gave me a shot and couple prescriptions for my injury. This was the nicest Urgent Care that I have ever gone to. I highly recommend them. They are near Lowes on 441, in the strip plaza next to Bealls.
