I know this is a waste of time because why do they care what reviews we leave when this is the only option that everyone has to use for power but they are the worst company ever I think if the wind blows hard the power flips on and off every single day and I get ridiculous light bills I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath house and have $500 and 400 light bills I've done over every upgrade you can imagine to this house and still have the same problem

My roommate is unconscious in the hospital and has paperless billing. It’s easier to get a mortgage than it is to pay a bill in someone else’s name. This is ridiculous!!! Please! Just take my money and turn the a/c back on!!! It’s 108 with the heat index right now! I hate these people. I’m going solar nad they can kiss my @$$. Also, they were here last week, left 18 inch ruts in my yard feom removing a tree and cracked up my concrete driveway. A 2ft long alligator is now living in the mud ruts in my yard. Thanks guys.

I see alot of bad reviews about this place and I mean honestly I can see why. I feel like they do have a few people that just don’t seem to wanna help at all but there are some good ones I promise. I talked to anessa and she was fantastic. I did talk to a a couple before her that didn’t seem to care to look into my situation to help but annessa did. I’ll rate it 5 stars because of the fact that she helped me avoid a really bad situation.

This compnay like all the others are stealing your money each month. I keep my house at 86 degress!! You read that right, 86. My bill every month is still around 120 a month, sometimes more. Even on my work days when no one is here,I view the energy dashboard. It still reads high usage! How can this be? Nothing is being used in the house. Also nice of them to have a rate increase with everything else going up. Thanks a lot.

Many of the transformer's are behind homes and off roads. It's making it difficult for the electrician's to get to them without getting stuck in soft turf. They also said many people who had dodged the storm have downed tree's that have to be cleared. I do feel bad for everyone without power this long.
Power is divided by GRIDS. The entire row of houses across from u or even behind u can have power but the grids are not necessarily decided by the area. This is why houses in ur area may have electric but NOT u.
You need to call them on the emergency line to report that. If there is down live wire u must call them. Because no the entire system has not been updated to tell them there is a live line down. If it was upgraded the system would alert them to a problem and power would have been cut immediately.
No not helpful at all. I am not going to whine...but please turn the power back on.
