The staff is friendly and efficient and the MRI technician was just awesome. No relaxation medication needed at all. And I have nasty claustrophobia !!! Thanks for a great session !!

Don’t go there! I was told my bill was going to be $346 at the time of my visit. I paid 200 the day I had the test done and I was told I will get a bill for the remainder. So I was expecting a $145 dollar bill, but no. I got a bill for 498 dollar because they said I had a balance for a visit I had in 2019. First of all is 2 years later, second I was not told that I had to pay any money at the time I had the visit because they said it was covered by my insurance. Never got a bill for it until now. Pure scam!!! They are trying to get $ because of Covid they probably lost money and they are trying to make it by robbing people. Don’t go there!!!

Their customer service is awesome. The Techs there are also very caring and compassionate. They explain procedure ask any questions. At any moment you feel you are going to have a panic attack they advice you let them know they try to make you feel as comfortable as possible that is needed. I would definitely recommend this MRI facility especially for someone that is Claustrophobia.
