Have been trying to cancel membership for about a month now, and they have different “staffing” hours every day, and NO ONE will answer the phone. Absolutely furious.Hey There Kawaiifu, I looked you up, and you are not a member of Anytime Fitness Abingdon. I recommend you look up your Club, And would email, and call to make sure someone get get this taken care of for you!

When I wanted to cancel my membership I was told it would be better to freeze my account instead and it would cancel if I didn't come back, 6 months later it starts charging automatically so I'm out $140 because they refuse to notify people …As we discussed in the club, You were not under contract and could have cancelled at any time. As a courtesy to our members , we do allow the membership to be Frozen for a set number of payments per the members request. Once the Freeze has ended, Payments Automatically Begin again as agreed upon by the member .Had you asked we would have cancelled you at the time that you came in as we do for others when requested, with no questions asked. When you contacted me to cancel, I started the process immediately , and had we done something wrong on our end would have refunded the owed amount back to you. Sincerely, Rhonda
