Sunday afternoon with a reservation
Closest I know of is the public launch at Lake Shepherd, which will put you just north of Samsons. It's at the end of North Point Ct; 381 North Point Ct, Satellite Beach, FL 32937 will get you there. Unfortunately, no parking.
There is primitive camping there but no bath house
There is camping and fire pits, but do not know about if there is a cost
