Yes you can swim, but there can be rocks. Its all sand 5 miles south by Paradise Beach. Jelly fish aren't local to any one beach and they come and go as they please

No dogs. There is a dog park a few miles south called Canova Park. They have a nice dog area, access to beach and a bathroom.

Not legally. The only place near here is Canova beach, where dogs are allowed, but must remain leashed. That said, people do walk their dogs here at their own risk.

I don't recall seeing any rv spot. And there's physical separation between parking cells, so you cannot just occupy 2 spaces.
