My daughter and I went out for a girl's day. after lunch we stopped at this goodwill and my daughter picked out a monopoly game and 2 Disney Mugs. We proceed to go to the checkout line check and when the cashier was ringing us out, She was like these mugs are more than 99 cents. I said no all unmarked mugs are 99 cents thats the rule in every goodwill in the Southwest Florida area. She proceeded to argue that it was more I don't know how much more she considered these to be but I grabbed them right from the shelf actually my daughter did. I don't understand what she was trying to imply. But she then started to argue over the monopoly game that it was more then 1.99. My 11 old picked it up from the shelf!!! So the cashier wanted to call the manager and I would have been happy to sit there and get this resolved but my daughter said forget it. So they broke a 11 year old heart over a game that probably wasn't complete anyways. Way to go Goodwill. Way to be for the community. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. and their items are nothing to brag over. Don't waste your time this one has junk.
