Took my PC into the shop to diagnose why it wasn't booting up..... they took care of it pretty quickly. Great service and pricing! Thank you!

I took my laptop in I was locked out of it. They got it unlocked, thats great but told me my laptop was fried that they would charge between $200/$300 to rebuild like a brand new one. I would let them do it but am in need of a car right now my laptop will have to wait a little longer. I would used their business again

I took my computer in, I had contacted one other repair place and they gave me a price over the phone without even looking at my computer which I felt was very unprofessional, CM checked out my computer found what was wrong, not only fixed it but was not just good to me but very nice. They answered all of my questions, even those after I got home. I will go back there in the future and refer anyone I know to them. They are also fairly priced.

Questions & Answers

I was given an Insperion one (all in one) The owner can't remember her password, and it sounds like Century link had a start up disc, is there anyway to find her password, or any way around the disc start up?

Hi Cathy. We can definitely assist you with this. Give us a call or stop by our shop.

I purchased a computer with the built in anti virus, protection, my question is: We have a Kodi Firestick, and it is recommended to have a vpn, would my computer protect this, or would or should I still purchase a VPN for it.

Hi Cathy. A VPN is different than having anti-virus protection. A VPN is more for providing online privacy and anonymity by masking your IP address so your online actions are hidden. VPN services establish secure and encrypted connections to provide greater privacy. I found this article online that goes into more details on VPNs and whether or not you might want to get one: https://www.windowscentral.com/do-i-need-vpn-kodi
