We arrived at 12. Stood in front to order, no one in line, just us. They kept walking by and at no moment made eye contact or even spoken to us, as to given them a moment. Or we will be taken care of soon. We looked at one of the employees and we notice that with the same rag she was cleaning the grill,.she cleaned, the utensils, the countertop and all this without cleaning the rag. Which told us that this Restaurant is an UNSANITARY place. And utensils being used for breakfast were reused without passing it through soap and water. We left

Came here because it was closer than my usual location on East Colonial. I'm glad I came to this location because the service I got was really good. Chase attended me and was very detailed and took charge if my order to make sure it was correct. She showed pride in her job and who she represents. Update 9/822 Came Iin today and we weren't acknowledged in anyway of form by 2 different employees that were in front of us. No Welcome to Krystals, No please give us a second. Nothing, so we left and went to DQ where they were glad to see us. I would never come to Krystal again. I rather buy White Castles even though they are far away.
