Went to Macdonald’s tonight and had a warm nice greeting from the Manger name Edison he was so nice to me and I really appreciate it cause that’s not always the experience when you go to McDonald’s so thank you

Wish I could give zero stars... If the drive thru is full, they won't even take your order in the lobby. Place service has not gotten any better. The McDonald's on Orange blossom is a better option for sure!

Try to be compassionate as a customer. That is a very stressful time even for seasoned restaurant workers. Most McDs employees are high school kids. Once the manger starts freaking out, they freak out more, and if you seem aggravated, the get stressed. Just remember, they are people too and life is hard. Have a great day.
