Sales lady was very nice and answered all our questions about our TCL tv. However, there check-in service needs to be revised. We checked in and waited quite a while b4 someone helped us. There were sales people standing around with apparently nothing to do.

The 1 star rating is given for several reasons. The first reason is the fact that you cannot just call the local store. The phone call is routed through their national call center who will eventually patch you through if you're lucky enough or offer to take your number and have the local store call you back. Getting a call back is a joke as I've initiated multiple call backs to never receive one. The last call I was patched through and left a message on the car audio installation line asking for yet another call back which I did not receive. The problem is that I had a new touchscreen radio installed last week and while the installation crew did an excellent job, they did not return my original radio harness. If I ever decide to reinstall the factory radio, I'll need that specific harness. All I'm trying to do is to get my original harness returned to me. At this point it looks like I'll just have to buy one. I live too far away to just drive there and inquire about it especially with gas as expensive as it is. If they've lost it then I'd definitely be more understanding than I am right now with no acknowledgement or call back from them. This is completely ridiculous! It's been nearly a week with no contact from them. Horrible customer service! Next time I'll just go elsewhere and suggest you do the same. *Update* I finally got a callback from the store and my harness is still attached via an adapter. My review rating will remain at 1 due to not being able to call the store directly and also the time it took and multiple calls it took to get one callback.

Today was the 3rd day this week to go to Best Buy to purchase a TV. Each time there were no available associates. I just need someone to write up the order. After requesting help from Customer Service I waited another 20 minutes. Returning to CS they asked if anyone came and I said no. The Rep said it will probably be awhile. I said no I will just go to Sam's and purchase a set there. The Rep said "OK, no problem." NO PROBLEM?? You let a solid customer walk out and acknowledged it was NO problem. Sad commentary on this Johnson City store.

Always good. Bought a sound bar. Grand dad had an issue with pricing and the manager Zach was very understanding and made things right. Whole family happy and well adjusted!

I was there thursday the 18th to buy a phone. The one I wanted was out of stock so they had one sent from the Pinnacle/Bristol store and I had it by monday. Even though they were short staffed they didn't try to rush me and they answered all my questions. I think if you want something they sell but it's not in stock, I'm sure they'll be able to help you. They are polite and wonderful employees. They are fully opened and they have been since last week. I love my new Samsung Galaxy A20 it's the best (from Best Buy lol).

No, if you're talking about my purchase, it was a refurbished desktop that is working great. If you are asking if Best Buy purchased broken laptops...they don't.
I believe they can help you recycle some things. Check their website or call them, and they should help you find something environmentally sound to do with it. Good kuck

Different price for quality of cord but cheaper one's in the 10 to 15$ range.
If you have issues with the service talk to a store manager. If it still isnt resolved might be a good idea to talk to corporate.
