I really wanted to love these flowers. I live several hours away and decided to surprise my mom with them for her 70th bday! I called as soon as the opened I said my budget was $60 and was told I’d also have to pay a $10 delivery fee because of my mom’s location. She’s in north JC btw. I requested a few lilies and was told that was much too expensive of a flower to include in the bouquet. I said she loves pinks and purples, yellow too. Then I asked if they could add tulips. Which I was told they could.I’m thankful they showed up on time but for $70, it ain’t much. If I was in town I could have created something really gorgeous just buying tulips from Kroger and adding in a daily special of their discounted flowers. I hate to be such a Karen but I don’t think it was worth the money spent at all. Next time I order locally I’ll go with Roddys flowers. I’ve used them before and I shouldn’t have second guessed myself.

I live in New York and I chose Anna Marie's florist to make an arrangement for my niece's birthday. The staff was very accommodating to my wishes. They even sent me a photo of the arrangement before it went out for delivery. I have found a new florist for any occasion I need in Tennessee. First time using this particular florist. Florist was selected due to its close proximity to the local hospital. A photo was sent to me two days after the delivery of the flowers. The arrangement was shaped too awkwardly to sit anywhere …Well, I'm very happy that you were pleased with the service but I'm sorry that the flowers weren't what you expected. If you'll call the shop, I'll try to do whatever I can to make it right.

As of today, 3/24/21 our shop is taking orders for delivery and pickup. However, our storefront remains closed except for our designers and staff. Inside the shop, we are wearing masks, trying to maintain distance, and frequently wiping surfaces used by all. We make an attempt to call ahead on deliveries to verify that people are home and inform them that we're trying to be as safe as possible. Ideally, we leave a vase on a porch table for the recipient to carry into their home. Some people are unable to handle the flowers because of weight or size, so we try to make accommodations for all.
