I just watched the officer who handcuffed and shoved an 80-year-old elderly woman in the back of his patrol car claiming she was intoxicated. Absolutely the most disgusting behavior I've seen by any officer. I would like to think that there's a lawsuit involved and the officer terminated.

Had an unfortunate interaction with an Officer that is relatively new to the force and decided to pull me over a couple minutes after clocking me. As the officer approached, I asked an immediate question that was related to the stop. The officer immediately decided to escalate the situation and insisted on my bad attitude and rude remarks. This officer was very short tempered and was upset I was 2mph less than a mandatory court appearance. Be careful when dealing with any units at CCPD, when you commit a traffic violation in Cape Coral there's a 9/10 chance your getting a ticket.

Officers forgot to turn their patrol car rear lights off after previous traffic stop, you would think the two officers in the patrol car would notice traffic not going around them for miles, or their lights reflecting off of surrounding vehicles. Self awareness 0, luckily there’s no real crime in cape. impeding traffic and going under the speed limit. And let’s not forget Ginger the German Shepherd who was ran over and killed by a Lee county school bus with a ccpd officer on scene. The officer responding had full control over the scene and could’ve made the proper decision to have the bus driver park the bus until the dog was brought to safety.

A small petite ,lady realtor I know , had entered a home to talk to a problem tenant about their lease and the terms that he had agreed to.... Once she was inside the home , he became vulgar, threatening, stood between the front door , locked it and blocked her from getting back to the front door . It took a while ,but she was able to maneuver around him, unlock the door and leave without being physically harmed luckily ..., She went to the Cape Coral police department filed a complaint , and they did nothing !!! She could have very easily have become a victim . She was already kept from leaving , verbally abused and should have been at least visited by the police.....Again, Cape Coral police did nothing !!!!

Make sure you keep your case # and your officers contact info in charge of said cases.
Check Facebook for that information.
No you cannot because we have to verify the person requesting the report has some involvement in the report. Also there is a charge per sheet.
Is that a question or statement? 'Most bartenders' are 'required to be' ServeSafe certified, but that doesn't mean a 'new bartender' has their 'skills' mastered. If you have an issue with someone 'using your car' & driving drunk, I'd stop the CCPD department during business hours as this seems a bit more than someone drinking 'too much' & 'driving your car'. There are services that can 'assist you' get out of that 'situation'...
